Hired the Valley Hopper as the shuttle for our wedding. Martin was great and communicative to work with, and they stayed all night to make sure everyone got back to the hotel safely. It's not hard to work with Marty when you're already friends to begin with. That being said, it was very easy to plan the logistics of mine and my husband's wedding party; translating our ideas to carrying it out. We sat for a meeting one day, planning how to chauffeur our wedding guests to our venue from downtown Carbondale and had everything done in under an hour. The day of our party (with a lot of other things going on), I didn't have to worry about the shuttle service because it was all planned out. Marty's crew worked like a silent well oiled machine in the background making sure our guests were taken care of. That day, we had Jim as our driver and our guests had nothing but great praises for him. He was professional, friendly, and on time. The vibe in every ride was light and fun, making sure our guests felt comfortable as he was shuffling them to and from the venue. Jim stayed until our very last guests left our party to make sure they got home safe. I recommend the Valley Hopper for any transportation needs, be it a wedding or any other party. They are reliable, professional, and always on time; their vehicles are very clean and very well maintained. Personally, I would partner with them again in the future. It is always a positive experience.
